Q series cartridges are a high quality cartridge sourced from a large American company. They are easy to use with a twist and click operation to fit the cartridge into the main ‘head’ assembly.
The 5486 cartridge uses GAC (Granulated Activated Carbon) to remove organics, chemicals, chlorine, taste and odour and also contains a special media to control lime scale in coffee machines and fridges.
Note the head assembly is required to be able to use this cartridge. If installing for the first time and adding the ‘Head’, the system will automatically come with standard 1/4 inch or 6 mm tube Quickfit connectors. If you require a different connection please advise us so we can adapt to your needs.
