Polishing cartridge used after the storage tank in an RO system using Granulated Activated Carbon ( GAC).
Usual cartridge is 50 mm ( 2 inches) diameter although some systems may have the fatter 60 mm (2.5 inch) cartridge so check your system before ordering as the brackets are not interchangeable.
There is the option of replacing the standard cartridge with a remineralizing cartridge if a raised pH is required. There are two models commonly used, the Alka Spring and the Hydronix 2512-ALK. Both are 62 mm diameter. See our other listing for these.
