The KDF10 cartridge is made in America and has granulated activated carbon to remove chemicals as well as a product called KDF for the reduction of a wide range of heavy metals such as lead, cadium, aluminium, copper, etc.
The KDF media is bacteriostatic and keeps the cartridge hygienic from bacteria growing in the cartridge for up to 24 months.
